I keep receiving an error on my PC that says "D3DX9_30.DLL is missing. Replace D3DX9_30.DLL and try again." What should I do?

The d3dx9_30.dll file is the Dynamic Link Library file for DirectX 9; display technology to allow PCs to have higher quality and better performance graphics and sound.
